Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the Kapclip app and kapclip.com. By creating an account or using Kapclip you agree to them. Kapclip is sold by Kapclip.

Your account

You sign in with Google or a code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person.

Trial, plans and billing

New accounts get a 15-day trial of Kapclip Pro without a payment method. After the trial, Kapclip keeps working on the Free plan with export limits and a watermark. Kapclip Pro is billed monthly ($12) or yearly ($96) in US dollars, plus any tax that applies, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; Pro then stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Kapclip on up to 3 computers at a time while your plan is active. Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or bypass the licensing of the app, except where the law allows it.

Your content

Your recordings and projects stay on your computers and belong to you. We don't receive them. You're responsible for having the rights to what you record and publish.

Updates

Kapclip downloads updates automatically and installs them when you choose to restart. Features may change over time.

Warranty and liability

Kapclip is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing licenses or committing payment fraud.
